On Today’s Show
Mike Vardy talks about how some people just want to get through their day – they don’t want to think beyond that. Mike shows how we can move beyond that “get through today” mentality by using daily maps and waypoints we have purposely and mindfully created. These allow us to make measured progress every single day so we can get from point A ultimately point Z.

1 Simple Thing Action:
Segment out your to do list so that it is more…doable. Using modes, projects, and even scheduling can help give you three different ways to take all of the stuff you need and want to do for the day. Then look at the rest of the year and theme the remaining months of this year. That will give you a framework that will lead you to your destination at the end of the day, week, month, and year, no matter when you start your “year.”
