And the first step is to simplify the way you think about your business and constantly improve on being easy to do business with.

1 Simple Thing Action:
Identify one area of your business you can and will simplify. Make a list of the 2-3 things your customers absolutely expect from you. Pick one expectation and improve your performance by 20%, and then do it for the next expectation until you finish your list. Then repeat the whole process again. If you keep improving on what your customers most expect from you, it would be hard not to become successful.
