And it has been proven that lack of movement has caused medical problems that we’re trying to treat with pills and bills instead of getting at the basic problem: we’re just not moving enough.

1 Simple Thing Action:
Move. Stand up, take a couple of deep breaths, and move every little joint in the body. Move it up and down, sort of gyrate yourself, and bend yourself at the waist and knees. Move your legs and your feet move everything just for a few seconds, and then sit back down.
