We give a lot of lip service to taking care of yourself. For example, if your battery on your phone was down to 10% what would you do? You would quickly charge it. But we don’t have a charging station for ourselves. If we are not healthy, if we’re not well mentally, physically and emotionally, we cannot be a source of support and strength for others and we can’t be effective.
