The anchors are points in your environment or your daily interactions that you have to let go of (or replace) to find the balance and peace you want in your life.

Write down everything you worry about on a daily or weekly basis. Then put a star next to the 1 or 2 heaviest anchors. Brainstorm how you can eliminate those anchors, and then take action on them.
