1 Simple Thing Action:
Go for the greens with smoothies, or through juicing to get the vitamins without the fiber. Also having a salad. A great recipe for breakfast: put some kale in a pan with some coconut oil, cook it till it’s crispy, and then put eggs on top of it. Another idea would be an omelet with some kale and spinach or bok choy. Try to have at least 1 (if not 2) big salads per day. Your body needs that live food.
