Mentally strong people have a sense of purpose, commitment to self, and are goal oriented. When you’re afraid to make a commitment, follow this three-step plan: 1. Determine its significance to you and your business in the future. 2. Think about the implications if you break your commitment. 3. Describe that ideal outcome. What would happen if you keep the commitment, and what would happen if you do not?
