On Today’s Show
Rachel Cruze says comparing ourselves to others not only gets us in trouble with our finances, but it also impedes the happiness and joy we have in our present life. 1 Simple Thing Action
Start a daily gratitude list on your phone (or just write it down.) Every morning when you wake up write down two things you are grateful for. For an extra challenge, try not to repeat what you have already written down. To help quit the comparisons you want to learn to be grateful, and the gratitude list is something you can do to help keep yourself grounded.
